MS Cycling Country Challenge, Parsippany & Clinton New Jersey, MS City to Shore Ride, Atlantic City, N.J.
I’ve cycled the N.J. MS Country Challenge 2018,2019,2021,2022,2024 and the N.J. City to Shore Ride in 2025 raising money for Multiple Sclerosis. The years 2021,2022,2024 with my oldest daughter and my youngest daughter made and sold jewelry in 2022. I ride for my brother Rob, cousin Mary and the millions living with this debilitating and painful disease. At all the events we’ve met some incredible people who have MS and volunteers/riders that are passionate about supporting a cure & services for those effected by this disease.
Most years I’m a top fundraiser thanks to my changing teams and continued support from really generous friends and family. We’re inspired by all the love and support you’ve given us.
Thank you
The Douglas Family.

4/6/14-4/6/15 - Participated in the HoneyBeeNet Program as a citizen scientist by setting up a Fairbanks Grain Scale measuring beehive weight everyday for 1 year. Weight is an indicator of the health of the hive. The scale record is a direct record of plant-pollinator interaction. Honey bee sampling of nectar flows can be ideal for studying linkages between pollinator-climate/ecosystem. Thank you Wayne Esaias for all your help and your fascinating work behind the HoneyBeeNet program.
